Request Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to permanently delete your Tamrerah account and all personal data we hold about you. There are two ways to request deletion — pick whichever works for you.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials (email, phone, OAuth links)
• Your profile (display name, avatar, language preference, optional fields)
• Followed teams and followed matches
• Comments and predictions you posted
• Push notification tokens registered to your devices

What is retained

• Anonymised, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
• Error and diagnostic logs (typically purged within 30–90 days)

We do not retain personally identifiable information after deletion.

How long it takes

Deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. Requests submitted via the in-app option are usually completed within seconds.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

If you still have access to the Tamrerah app, this is the fastest method. Open the app and go to:

• Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account

Confirm the prompt and your account is removed immediately.

Option 2 — Submit a request from this page

Use this form if you no longer have access to the app — for example, if you uninstalled it or cannot sign in. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
